The Oregon State Basketball League is proud to announce that it will now call The Hoop in Salem its home. The OSBL is the premiere winter youth basketball league in the Willamette Valley where community 3rd, 4th and 5th grade teams come and participate in a fun rewarding youth basketball experience. The OSBL assists young players in creating a bond with the game of basketball while learning what it takes to be successful in an athletic setting .
